Our Story
Started with one belief: technology should ship, not stall
QuikSync started in February 2022 when Deepak Rai noticed the same pattern at every company he worked with. Teams had great ideas and solid prototypes, but getting things into production took forever. The gap between a demo and a deployed system was where most projects died.
So he built a company specifically to close that gap. Not a body shop that rents out developers by the hour. Not a consulting firm that delivers a 200-page strategy deck. An engineering partner that takes your prototype and turns it into a production system, then helps you keep it running as you scale.
Today, QuikSync works with product companies and enterprises across the US, UK, and Europe. We have shipped AI copilots, rebuilt data platforms, cut cloud bills by six figures, and helped healthcare companies get FHIR-compliant in weeks instead of months.

We say no to work that does not challenge us. That means every project gets people who actually want to be there, not whoever is available on the bench.

How we got here
Founded in Pune on 4th February by Deepak Rai with a focus on data engineering, cloud consulting, and closing the gap between prototype and production
First US client engagement. Built a real-time data pipeline for a healthcare SaaS company. Grew to 10+ engineers in the first year
Expanded to cloud-native engineering and AI/ML. Delivered first FinOps project saving a client $200K+ annually
Launched GenAI practice. Shipped RAG systems and AI copilots for enterprise clients in the US and Europe. ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified
Expanded into healthcare AI and predictive maintenance. Crossed 50+ successful project deliveries. Opened partnerships across DACH region
